So Little Time...

Is it just me or have the days been FLYING by??  It seems like I am still caught back in January and its almost April.  Triston and Carters birthdays are coming right up, April 2nd and April 18th.  We are having a joint party for them the last weekend in April.  It is going to be a LEGO theme and one of the moms in Tristons class had a lego theme for her sons party too, so she is letting me use all her stuff! :)  AWESOME!!

I have had lots of wreath orders, which is exciting to me!  I have been surprised that people are as interested as they are!  :)  Makes me happy!! :)  I started at this salon from being referred there by a friend, and now I have made wreaths for several people in it!  It seems like everytime I go in there to drop them off, I get new orders!  Awesome! :)  Here are the latest few I have done.  A lady wanted the main color to be seafoam with some leopard in it, so I did this one.  I glittered the sides of the P also, and it looked great!  I loved it!

This next lady wanted birds, gerber daises, and a happy bday sign in it!  So here it is...

Lastly, the lady who ordered this STOOD ME UP!!!  #rude #lame #why???  But anyhow, I was happy that I was able to sell it on the garage sale sites regardless of her stupidity.  It worked out well because I actually sold it to the first lady who had bought a wreath from me when I first started all this stuff!  It was perfect! :)

Anyway, enough with that, :) I took a pic of Kyndal the other day because she is slowly becoming infatuated with her "binkbink" or pacifier, just like I used to be.  I need to get a pic of her holding two in each hand with a bottle in her mouth, lol, because I have a pic of me like that when I was her age.  But the other day, she was walking around with one in her mouth and one in her hand.  She had to keep that extra one around! LOL!  Shes so cute :) :)  Then as I was taking her pic, Jace said "Take my picture momma" so I couldn't resist! :)

The boys have been in branson for the past week with Brooke and they had a blast.  Josh and I and Jace and Kyndal missed them terribly!  They came here last night for the first time in a week and Jace was so happy! :)  But they had to go to soccer practice, so they didn't have too much time to hang out! :(  Im not too sure about this soccer league theyre in!  It is pretty demanding of a 6 and 7 year old.  They practice twice a week and some of their games are going to be double headers.  Two games of soccer in one day seems like a lot to me for kids that age.  I dunno, maybe im just too relaxed about it, but it seems like that is a bit much for their age bracket.  But as long as theyre enjoying it, I suppose I will stay out of it.  They are both doing really well, which is great!  I am happy that theyre both loving it and it seems they like soccer more than basketball!  hmmmm...I disagree, but oh well!  Hopefully it wont last! ;)

Then the other day we took a wreath I made for Emily over to Jobugs and I took my veil to Emily because she was thinking about using it.  So as it turned out we snapped a few pics of Kyndal in it!  She is so adorable!! :) :)  I must save this photo for her wedding day! :)  Oh and here is a pic of her flower girl dress for emilys wedding!!  AHHHH she will be too cute in it :)  CANT WAIT!

But that is about all from around here! :)  I will update later!  Have a lovely day! :)

Garage Sale...

So this past weekend was our famous garage sale, lol!  We got rid of most everything and then a couple ladies came in at the end and took almost all that we had left so they could donate it.  So that worked for us! :)  We were hoping for pretty weather, but both days ended up being kinda cold and dreary, but im glad that didn't keep us from selling stuff :)

The first day, I came to relieve Josh around 8:15 and Dad showed up to help me out there because Josh had to leave pretty quick.  People were coming and going, and this guy showed up in a cowboy hat and Jace said "Hey Cowboy"  I was kiiiiinda surprised, but thankfully the "cowboy" had a good attitude about it and just said "Howdy Partner" So it was cute...Jace was like "whatd he say??"  He was excited!  :)  Then a lady showed up that looked similar to Brooke and Jace was all over her sayin "Hey Brooke....Hey Brooke......wheres Chris?"  lol!  Dad and I had to keep kinda pulling him away from people because he was being a bit too friendly.  lol!  Sweet boy :)

The second day was rather uneventful.  Dad, Kyndal and I manned the fort for the majority of the day.  Mom kept Jace at the house, with his chatty cathy self.  He would keep being like "Is he a guy momma?"  "What are they doing?"  "Is she a girl?"  "Why are they taking my toy?"  ahhh good times!  But I decided itd be much easier to leave him at home the second day!  So he and mom and Lindsey brought us some lunch that day.  All in all, it was a success and it was actually kinda fun......after we got it all set up.....that part was not fun.

Last week Carter had his field trip to the Fire Station.  He loved it!!  They learned all kinds of stuff and he even got a little fireman's hat....that Jace and Kyndal have had lots of fun with :)  Josh was able to go with them and that made Carters day im sure.

Then heres a few of Jace and Kyndal in the hat...

I have still been making some wreaths.  I made a "Linemans Home" wreath for a lady.  She sent me a picture and asked if I could do it and I told her I would give it a go and I was so thrilled with how well it turned out.  Made me so happy :)  She said she loved it too and it was exactly what she was wanting...YAY!  This first pic is the one she sent me, all she said was that she wanted orange in it.  and so the second is what I made...

Then a lady wanted a wreath and garland for her babies first birthday...  this is the wreath part of it...

I am really enjoying the chalkboard signs that go in the wreaths!  Theyre so much fun to make!! :)  I have 4 more orders for this week now :)  Woo hoo!!

But anyways, that's about it around here!  We are getting settled in and comfortable here at my parents house!  So that's good.  Now if mom and dad would just appreciate my procrastination as much as I wish they would, we would be SET!! ;)  lol!  #illshutthedoorinaminute #illgetthelaundrylater  lol--That ones for you daddy!  :)

Moving...

Well the big move is officially done with...well kind of.  All our stuff is out of the old house and in the garage here.  We are slowly but surely getting it all taken out and put up.  Mom and dads stuff is kinda taking up too much space...youd think they live here or something, haha! ;)

But moving day went well!  Josh and Chris worked their little hearts out.  MAN!  They did SO MUCH!!!  It was crazy how hard they worked the entire days on Friday and Saturday and Sunday!!  Bless them!  Josh said he is kinda sore...I don't doubt it!  But thankfully he had Chris' help because them two together are go-getters.  They dive right in and knock it out.  Anyhow, the boys had their first soccer game on Saturday.  They didn't win, but they really enjoyed it...which is all that matters! :)  Then after that, Brooke and Chris and Mason all came by the new place to check it out.  Then Josh and Chris went back to the old house and Brooke and Mason left.  She called me a couple minutes later and asked if I needed help...it was so nice of her to care :) :)  So she ended up coming back to help me for a little bit!  I forgot to add that mom had taken Jace and Kyndal to Jobugs house to kinda get them out of the way for a bit.  That was more helpful than shell ever know~ :) :)  They try to help so much, but they just cant do anything.  I get one box loaded up and they come right behind me taking stuff out of it and putting it who knows where!  haha...crazy kids!  So I had a few hours there where I was able to get a few things taken care of, which was great.

Then when mom and the kids got back, Brooke me and the kids went to the old house to help Josh and Chris finish loading up everything, then we went and treated Brooke and Chris to dinner for ALLLLL that they did to help!!  We went to Rib Crib which was tasty....and super close to our new house.  Then the next day was sunday and we went to church.  Craig wasn't preaching and I found it quite difficult (due to daylight savings plus the kids not sleeping very good plus being tired from moving) keeping my eyes open. #embarrassing #dadandjoshkeptnudgingme #irritating  So after church was over we headed to grab lunch then back home for naps and MORE work!  I had also promised Triston a date to Braums when he passed his speed drill, so he and I went to Braums Sunday also.  It was so fun to hang out one on one with him.  Hes a jokester, that's for sure.  It just came at such a hectic time...  But it was good :)

I have stumbled upon a few gems from back in the day just recently.  I used to write for a newspaper, if yall didn't know.  It was pretty big time, I must say!  I got several awards for my excellent skills in writing... #nonotreally #icantbackthatup (Linds you may be the only one who catches the #)

Then I also found that I, yes I, Rachael Muecke, was a bonafide member of the TY Beanie baby club.  Oh YESSSS, you read that right.  I was sure I was gonna be a millionaire pretty soon.  Too bad I didn't cash in back in the day when they were actually worth a darn... #sigh #bejealous

Another cool story is that I was taking me wreaths to be delivered and I went to the salon to drop it off and some of the other ladies there placed more orders!  I walked out with 4 more wreaths to make!!  WOOOO!!!  exciting :)  One lady needed it pretty quick, so it worked out great because I headed right home and made it for her that same day!  She was so surprised :) :)  Then they needed another one in two days, so I hopped on that one right away also!  It is one of my most favorites that ive done! :)  Here it is...she likes butterflys a lot, so they asked if I could add a lot of those...

Also, in closing, here is a pic of Jace and Kyndal in the same jackets Triston and Carter used to wear!  MY oh my how time flies.  These were my FAV jackets for two boys, and now the little ones are wearing them.  WHAT??  But aren't they so cute?

Snow, Snow, GO AWAY!!

This snow stuff SUCKS!  I hate it.  with all my heart.  It needs to go the heck AWAY FOREVER!!!!!  okay, now that i got that out, lol, it has however, given me a little extra time at my house to get a few random things done.  I have a few finishing touches on several different wreaths to get finished up and then they will be all ready to go!  So that is exciting!  The baby girl wreath is almost done, i got the base finished and just got the sign done last night. #interestingname

The one single thing this snow has been good for is getting a few cute pictures.  lol!  Josh took Jace "sledding" last night out in the street and he just pulled him around on a board...Jace had the time of his life.  Hasnt stopped talking about it since :)  Of course Kyndal was dying to go herself, but she is NOT old enough yet!  She is so cute, when the boys are out playing and stuff, she trails them by a bit but tries so hard to stay right there with them.  :)  It is funny bc she will NOT let them go anywhere without her.  Love that girl! :)

I was thinking today i havent really done much of an update on the kids lately!  SO here we go!  Miss Kyndal aka miss thang aka miss ATTITUDE has been gettin a little crazy here lately!  She has had way more attitude than usual and throws huge fits, banging her head on everything close to her and kickin her feet and all that.  Its insane.  I hate it.  She is so amazingly sweet sometimes but when you take something (that she shouldnt have) or make her stop doing something she wants to do then you unleash her rage!  ugh!  But hopefully she will get thru that stage here shortly!  #hereshoping  She also has a super cute way of being mad at you!  I got it in action in the car the other day.  I got on to her and she was mad at me and so she put her hand up to cover her eyes so that she wouldnt happen to have to look at me, LOL!  precious...

Jace has been having a hard time accepting "no" without being extremely tacky.  Which is seriously unpleasant.  He as with kyndal, can be so precious when he wants to be.  Like when i am putting him down at night for bed, he is soooo sweet to me and so funny and all that, but there are those other times...where hes not sweet nor funny.  :(  parenting is hard.  The other day i was telling him that he couldnt have something in Hobby Lobby and he goes "NO...STOP TELLING ME NO" which didnt work out very well for him.  But when he acts like that it is so embarassing to be out in public.  I was walking him outta Michaels to go give him a spankin and he was screamin like a crazy man the whole way out.  OMG STOP!!!  I was mortified.  it was awful. :(  Then there are Judgy mcjudgersons all around that really tick me off.  #iseethemlookin   I am also hoping he gets over this fairly quickly.  It is just difficult.  But i love it!  :)  EVERY. Single. MINUTE!!

Carterman is doing great at school!  He is learning real well and trying really hard to learn how to read.  He is a whirlwind of chaos at times, but i know with all my heart that he tries so hard to do the right thing.  He always aims to please, sometimes it just doesnt quite work out for him!  He is the kindest lil guy ever tho! :)  oh and i finished his board too! yay!

Triston is also doing so well in school!  We worked on his memory verses for the Easter program tonight...he can memorize so quick its crazy!  Reminds me alot of Lindsey! ;)  Then weve been workin on his speed drills for addition...he has 45 seconds to do 25 problems and hes passed the test "A" so on to test "B" and he KEEPS getting held up on 7+3 and 6+4, ive told him 10 10 10 10 10!!  lol!  Ive asked him those problems several times!  So this most recent test he took, he got those two right, he just didnt get all the way thru it.  He also goes vertical instead of horizontal to work his probs...Not sure if that is a lefty thing or not, but it sure seems like a time wasting idea to me?  I told him to do the horizontal way but he didnt like it?  so whatever?  He has also now moved on to chapter books, so that means we are reading several chapters a night now.  He reads very well, just with not a whole lot of emotion lol!

But all the kids are doing wonderful and i am so happy that i get to be their parent! :)  We are starting our moving process here and it has been more stressful and busy than normal, adding the garage sale on top of it all, its just downright craziness at times.  But we are doing one thing at a time and it will all get done eventually.  I am hoping i can just fast forward to April and we will be SET!! ;) Anyways, hope everyone has had fun in the snow!  Catch ya laterrrr!  hopefully in sunnier weather...
