The Weeks Fly By...

Well there really isnt too much new to report as of lately.  We are in the process of moving AND having a garage sale, which means we have boxes everywhere and NOTHING is where it goes anymore. #annoyingasheck  We went over to mom and dads yesterday with all the kids and it was nice weather outside so we let all the kids roam around outside their garages and play around while we got some serious work done! :)  It was nice to get a few things taken care of over there!  We moved some of their garage sale stuff over here to our garage and took our garage stuff over there and josh got all his stuff arranged in his garage and i did the same in mine.  It took a few hours, but we really got quite a bit done!  Then after all that, we went to Rib Crib for some tasty dinner!

Mom and i have so many things we feel like we need to do, but the problem is getting them done with 2 small children hangin around is dang near impossible.  It is so difficult to gather toys up for a garage sale and be putting them in boxes as the kids are taking them out and playing with them.  Jace is a master at that.  One toy goes in the box and then i turn around and he pulls it right out.  #cmonnow  But one day we will get it all done.  When we get moved in over there, i told mom that we will have a couple hours every night to get things done that we need to.  I have to finish painting the kitchen cabinets (or staining them, i guess) and i have considered painting the powder bathroom gold, but not sure on that.

I have been doing chalkboards also and i have one order for a graduation one.  Then i posted my wreaths on some of the garage sale sites on facebook and i have 6 orders!!  woowoo!  So that is exciting.  i have to get those done quickly though because when we start moving and all that it will be a mess for a little bit.  But itll all work out!! :)  I was excited that people wanted my wreaths! :)  YAY!!  I am thinking about possibly going that route instead of having a shop...??  not really sure on that one yet?  But i have done a chalkboard for Mrs. Chapman, Carters teacher and i am in the process of getting Carters done!

Not quite done with Carterman's, obviously!  But i will be soon! :)  He is so excited about it!  makes me happy!  Triston loved his and i think Carters is turning out even better! :)

I only have one of the wreaths done so far, but i have an order for a baby girl wreath which will be all pink and i cant wait to make it!!  Then i have another one for a yankees wreath and that one could potentially be awesome, but no one has any navy blue ribbon! :(  What am i gonna do?!?  So i am going to be on a mission to find navy blue patterned wire edged ribbon!  lol!

AAAAnyways, the sermon at church today was REALLY good!!  God Never Said That is the series we are in and he talked about how God can deliver us from anything, any sin, anything that entraps us and it was so good to hear!  I love Craig!  He is such an awesome pastor!  And on a seperate note, i saw these pictures today while i was going thru my phone and they all cracked me up!  So im putting them on here so i wont forget about them ;)   and lastly, i have a healthy brain #seebelow

Now That I'm 29...

Well, I had my birthday on Wednesday last week and i must say, i feel so different now that im 29.  haha jk, as if you feel any different after your special day!  However, this marks the first year that mom and i have neither one had a birthday cake/cookie or a valentines cookie either!  Woohoo for that one!  It is also the first birthday ive had where i have ZERO pictures of that day! :(  how sad!!  i cant believe i didnt even get one!  But i had a great day!  We had the boys so all our family and mom and dad went to eat at Olive Garden for dinner!!  YUM!!  So delicious!  and daddy even came and met us at the mall for lunch! :)  Other than that it was a pretty normal day! :)  Just another day, another year older!  Times a flyin by!

In other news, this week we took Kyndal and Jace for a walk and we let Kyndal walk too.  She LOVED it!  We went to go see Prissy and Miss Kyndal Faith is completely fearless of her!!!!  She held the little dog treat out for her just like daddy did and she let her take it right from her!  I was proud of her!  i thought she might be a little skiddish at first, but she jumped right in! :)  MY girl!!

then Friday was the boys' Valentines party at school!  I didnt get to go to Carters :(  i was told that younger siblings are not allowed at the kids' parties, so i didnt get to go to both!  I was sad.  Being that i could only go to one, i had to go to Tristons because i am his homeroom mom!  Brooke got to come though, which was great!!  So she was able to make it to both of them, so that worked out well!  She and Josh both said Carter was bummed i wasnt there!  #heartbreaking  i felt bad, but if i could have brought Kyndal i would have been there for sure!  There were younger siblings there too...because Mrs. Chapman doesnt make a big deal ab it like some others do.  So i dont know what to do really.  I feel bad now that i KNOW its wrong, that makes it even worse if i do it.  But anyhow, Tristons party was a lot of fun!  I had them play a game where they used a straw to transfer marshmellows from their plate to a cup.  They loved it and wanted to play it again, so id say it was a success! :)  YAY!  ya kinda never know if they will like it or not!  Then after that we had ice cream sundaes and they opened their valentines from all their friends and then it was GO time!

This weekend hasnt really been too exciting either.  We dont have the boys, so we have had a little free time here and there.  We got a ton of stuff done for the garage sale...which is going to be massive, btw!  Massive AND a pain in the butt.  lol!  But ive got all the baby/kids clothes set out and ready.  Now on to mine and joshs clothes.  So much junk we have to get rid of.  We have been slowly trying to sell some of the junk online on those garage sale sites on facebook!  We have really had pretty good luck with it!  People will buy anything these days! :)

Thursday and Friday night my husband had to work SUPER late with one of his buddies.  He was helping him out switching the servers at Oklahoma Blood Institute.  He got home after midnight both nights.  Not cool!  But i was able to do some serious crafting while he was out!  i made Triston a chalkboard for his birthday and i am going to start one for Carter!!  I think his turned out pretty good!  I am debating making one for mrs fowler and mrs chapman also.  We will see though.  I may just make them a wreath and call it good :)  That has been my trademark end of year gift for teachers...a wreath! Hopefully they like them as much as i do!!  i also made this cross...i tried painting leopard on it for my first time and i think it turned out good!  painting leopard is seriously the easiest thing EVER!  You jsut dip the brush and swipe it...however you want...it works!

Anyhow, that is all for now.  Not too much exciting happening this week!  Hope all is well and catch up with ya soon!

My Baby Boy is THREE!!!

Well its happened yet again, a week has flown right past me while I was trying to catch up.  Over the weekend, Carter had brought the class frog home "froggy" (hes stuffed ;)  So we were SUPPOSED to take him around with us and take pictures with him and Carter and all that, but as it turned out, we pretty much forgot ol Froggy everywhere we went. :(  So Monday morning, we scrambled around trying to take a few pictures with Froggy and I wrote real quick in his "journal" about what all he did with us.  :(  Talk ab feeling like a failure as a parent for TWO WEEKS in a row!!!  DANGIT!!  How do i not pay attention better?  I feel like I know in the back of my head that things need to be done, i just forget about actually following through and getting it accomplished.  Its ridiculous really.  Anywho, we got a pic of Froggy with all the kids and a few more.  This is the only one i have on my phone tho...quite blurry huh?  ANNOY ME!  oh well.  I tried.

On to a different topic, :)  My baby boy turned THREE on Feb 2nd!!  I cannot believe he has been in my life for 3 years!  They have truly flown by and I love and treasure every second i get to spend with that sweet boy!!  He is the most rambunctious crazy sweet kindhearted little boy!  He is nonstop all day long, from waking up to going to bed, hes runnin around like a crazy boy...and i wouldnt have it any other way!  He has his moments of being a tad bit stingy with his toys (as you can kind of see in the pic above where he has taken froggy away from Carter, LOL) but he is learning to share better and better!  Anytime Kyndal is crying he happily gives her his toy and tells her "its okay deedal" and it melts my heart!!  I pray daily for him to grow into a strong man of God and be courageous and truly get what it means to know Jesus as his Savior!  Then any other peer pressure or bad things that come his way, he will make it through just fine!

That night, we went to Chuckee Cheese for his birthday to "play games" and he has not stopped talking about it since!!  He had such a fun time!  He was able to run around adn just play and do whatever he wanted.  It was so great!!!  His brothers helped him here and there and Jobug and Emily and Babaw and Grandad all came up there to help us celebrate!  :)  Kyndal had herself a great time too!  It was their first time to experience it all, so they were totally in awe!  He got his picture taken with Chuckee too, so he was excited about that also!  He wasnt too sure about him at first, but when i got down there with him, he was better and warmed up to him quickly from there! :)  All i can say is he is braver than i was at his age!  My parents have a pic of me in my dads arms right beside Chuckee because i would NOT go anywhere near him by myself!!  lol!  Oh the FEAR! haha!

I love this pic of two boys! :)  They look so old here its crazy!  TIME, SLOW DOWN PLEASE!!

Then later that week, it was dads chapel and so Josh went to school with the boys!  I got a few pics of that too...  they look so cute in their suit and ties :) :)  and kyndal kinda photobombed the first one, lol

On Wednesday, Jace, Kyndal, mom and i went up to Journey Church with Fielder and Denisha for a late celebration of Jaces birthday with his buddy Fielder!  He loves him!  and Denisha told me that the only reason Fielder would wear his KD shoes is because she told him that Jace wears them!! :)  How cute!!  They played all around for a while until they decided they were over it!  lol!  So then, we went on to get some Chickfila and then went to check out 405 Imports (nothing special, by the way) and then went to the Ashley furniture store in Norman!  They had a super cool rug that was sparkly..woohoo! :)  Other than that, nothing too exciting!  But every day since Jacemans bday, he has been wanting to go "play games"!  Its so sweet!  We try to explain that his bday only comes once a year, but hes not fully catching on to that!

Anyway, we did some packing and some crafting and random whatever things we needed to get done thru the rest of the week.  We have had the boys the last two week solid because of Brookes knee surgery, so that has been fun!  They went with Brooke today (Saturday) and it feels so empty around the house...its weird!  I miss them already! :(  Oh another thing, the other day, Jace was crying because i took his cup away and so he was bawling loud and not happy with me and Kyndal walked over to him and hugged him!  It was soooooo freakin precious, OMG!  When i said awwwwww she did it again, so i was able to snap a quick pic!!  PRECIOUS!!!!
Then the next day, I put a bow in Kyndals hair and Jace INSISTED on wearing one of his own!  Crazy boy!  I told him a million times that boys dont wear bows but he was having none of it!! :) :)
And now, here is a pic of my little booth at the shop! :)  Hopefully it will end up working out well, but who knows?  We shall see!  Then the next pic is a chalkboard i did for Kyndal Faith!  I have seen them and thought theyre so cute so i decided to give it a shot!  Here it is...

Now, as for TODAY, (Saturday) it was the boys' last basketball game and we had a party afterwards where Josh gave them all their trophies and medals!  It was lots of fun!  Josh and I had a bit of confusion in both thinking the other one was going to take care of the decorations and neither of us did, so this morning was a bit of a crazy mess, but nevertheless, we got 'er done!!! :) :)  I dont have any pictures of that yet, but i will try to update this one (if i think of it) with the pics my mom took!  But as for now, that is all i got for ya! :)  Have a lovely evening and a great Sunday!! :)

A Week Goes by Super Fast...

Okay, so we will start where i left off!  LOL!  Last week was Spirit week for the boys at school, which i knew was coming, i just hadnt prepared for it by last sunday.  So about 6:00 that evening Josh was like "Hey the boys have to be a super hero tomorrow" WHAT???!?!  Yikes.  So I started trying to figure out what to do.  I thought we could probably pull a Batman costume together the easiest so we talked them both in to being Batman! :)  So i looked at Pinterest and got a few ideas and began to work.  I made capes for them out of Joshs old t-shirts that were black. Then put duck tape on their boots (over a little knee high panty hose thing so their boots wouldnt be ruined by the duck tape residue) Then made them little cuffs out of toilet paper and paper towel cardboard empty roll things.  I printed a Batman logo to go on the cuffs after i painted them black.  they looked cute enough! :)  Then i decided that i would paint them a batman mask on their faces instead of making one out of cardboard.  I think that was the better way to go :)  So the next morning rolls around and we woke up late, which was a lovely start.  Then, we realized that we had wrapped one of Carters boots too tight where he couldnt get his foot in it.  Sooooo Josh had to get a razor blade and cut the duck tape on the bottom so it could stretch back out.  Oops.  Then i was painting their faces while josh was getting the other one ready in their outfits.  We worked together like a great team that morning! :)  heres a few pics of their sweet selfs in their get-up! :)

Later that day, mom and I went to Target to get a few grocery items and i am not quite sure what was up with Kyndal Faith but OHHHH MYYYY GOSH, she was hell on wheels.  I let her walk in to the store from the car and then i had to pick her up and put her in the basket and that did NOT go over well.  She was furious.  and She showed it.  I was so embarrassed because when she cries because she is mad she has a really high pitched squeal she does that just calls even more attention to us.  So that was not plesant.  So off we went to get a blue icee to hopefully make her COOL IT!!!  Finally she calmed down from that episode, but OHHH they were far from over.  Anytime i did something that she wasnt 100% happy with she threw a fit.  Fussing, flailing, freaking out, making me crazy.  So i went to the baby area and got her a deal of pacifiers and i got her the blue one out.  that settled her for a matter of seconds and then she wanted....no...DEMANDED the green one also.  Then she did this.

and that made me laugh.  :)  Shes so cute!  Then she went right back to it, so mom was trying to give her toys or anything that would make her happy.  Nothing worked.  So off to the checkout line we went.....quickly.  we got our things and bounced.

(Im noticing that in all these pics she looks happy as can be....dont let her fool you!) lol!

So the next day was Tuesday, and we didnt have to worry about their costumes that day! :)  But i packed the boys' bag for their basketball practice that evening---more to come on that later.  But mom and i went to sooner mall that day and let the kids play there for a bit.  Then mom had to go sign some stuff with dad so i took the kids on a long walk.  Jace was doing a "robot sneeze" from umizoomi and everytime he sneezed Kyndal would crack up!  It was precious! :)  Here is a video:

Then that evening when the kids came back from practice Carter was wearing some red pants that were WAYY too short, so i asked what in the world that was about.  Then Josh told me that those were the only ones in the bag.  OOPS!!  I packed Carter a pair of jaces shorts, LOL!  They didnt fit too good...

The next day, Jace, Kyndal and I went to Cheddars with Ariel and Jasmine.  It was a fun lunch, but Jace and Jasmine were SOOOO cute with each other.  Jace would do somethin silly and Jasmine would just laugh at him for so long and he would start laughing with her.  He kept being like "jasmine said what" "Jasmine said Jace" Jasmine said Hi" Jasmine said..."  lol!  It was cute! :)  He was so happy to hang out with her again! :)  I took a few pics of them...i let Jace go sit by her for just a minute to snap a quick picture and then he was mad because we had to go :(  Sweet boy!  Through the whole lunch Jasmine and Kyndal were so calm and Jace was just crazy! lol!  Difference between boys and girls, LOL!  Jace was all over the place!

Over the weekend, the boys had their game at 10:00.  and Carter made FOUR BASKETS!!!!!!!! wahoo!!!!!  I was so excited for him! :)  I stood up and screamed for him the first time he scored! :)  He was smiling SO BIG!! :)  and then Triston got scratched in the eye.  So he wasnt too excited after the game that "something bad happened to him and something good happened to Carter" to put it in his words, LOL!  So we got to talk about how he needs to be happy for Carter when somethign good happens for him!  Triston is so smart and could memorize anything if he tries, and Carter is clearly going to do well in sports.  He is already doing great!  Triston is doing good too, he just doesnt want anyone to watch him not do perfect, so he has a hard time even trying.  its frustrating.  this is his first year playing and we have told him countless times that he isnt supposed to be good yet.  He has to practice to get good.  But he still doesnt like it.  He is ready to play soccer.  So we have them signed up for that also! :)

Later, we went to Target because we had two house showings back to back (YAY) so we let the boys pick out one thing each and T got a movie and C got a "slime kit" lol!  So when we got home he and Josh sat down to do it all.  Then Jace and Triston got interested in it and so it was kind of a family affair at the table playing with differet kinds of slime. lol!  boys...

Ive been slowly but surely getting different things done for the shop!  I painted a stool last night...im gonna glitter the top of it and its gonna be super cute! : )  and then, a while back i painted a sign...im not sure what im going to write on it, but i painted it with a stencil becasue i wanted to see how it would look. I like it! :)  Here is a few other things so far :)

Now for today, it is 30 Second Theology at church, which I LOOOOVE!!!  Craig takes commercials and puts them in a spiritual perspective! :)  I love it! :)  They had a big blow up helmet for the kids to run through and hotdogs and chips and cheese and cokes and all that kind of stuff.  i love Lifechurch.tv!!  It is great! :)  I got a few pics of the kids too...they LOVED running thru the tunnel!  When the fog came out it scared Jace a little and so he turned around and came back and found me and held my hand and was like "Cmon momma" so we ran thru it together the first time, then he was okay!  After church, Josh took the boys to see Brooke and Chris and i took Jace and Kyndal on back and had lunch with mom and dad and then came home to get Kyndal down for her nap.  that isnt working out to well right now.  But at least i got time to write this blog! ;)  Enjoy the Super Bowl tonight!  Hopefully it wont be another week before i post!!  Who knows! :)  Til next time.....

One more thing, Kyndal makes the tickling sound that i make when i tickle her, "ticka ticka ticka" but she says it sooooo cute...see...and sometime she will even tickle herself too :) :)  shes so cute
